Welcome to our first ever wellness retreat. Staying in a SHARED home we aim to look after your mental health and well-being. We will have nutritious food, discussions around what you need to keep balance in your life, letting go of the things you are holding onto, time outs for journal writing or reading (what ever you need to wind down),
The plan:
10th – Welcome dinner
11th – Breakfast followed by a walk or independent time – your choice
– Morning tea, discussion about frustrations, difficulties and where you are in your life and career. Followed by meditation.
– Lunch and a discussion around healthy eating and healthy lifestyle.
– then independent time to read, journal, meditate, grounding exercises, massage therapy
– Dinner
12th – Breakfast followed by a walk or meditation or independent time – your choice
-Morning tea followed by Mindset work – Communication work with Rach Wilson
– Lunch and then independent time to read, journal, meditate, grounding exercises, massage therapy
– Dinner
13th Breakfast followed by a walk or meditation or independent time – your choice
– Morning tea followed by Yoga/Pilates
– Lunch
– balancing work and family
– Afternoon of independent time
– Dinner
14th Breakfast followed by a walk or meditation or independent time – your choice
– Farewell time
Location TBC between Broadbeach and Coomera.
Dates Wednesday 10th September to Sunday 14th September 2025
Cost includes all healthy meals and accommodation.
Total investment into yourself is $1850 including gst – Payment plan of $625 per month for 3 months available
Or $1450 including gst with no accommodation but join us for all activities, meals and down time space.

- the 7 minute daily workout for everyone
