Due to the new laws (Link https://www.legislation.gov.au/F2024L00849/latest/text/explanatory-statement) TPB Link https://www.tpb.gov.au/tpb-guidance-support-tax-practitioners I have created these templates and this live program. This is a get these new templates and policy and procedures in place and do the work with Kelly live and together!
The new laws state that you must have a QMS system, checklists, policies, procedures, training and more. This is a 2 x 2.5 hour session live program on a Friday. See below for dates and times for which you need to be available.
Kelly is going to work with you in a live online session which includes the following:
- Â Implementation of the Quality Management System – 165 pages of policies, processes and procedures.
- Discussion and planning for another BAS agent to cover your service should anything happen to you – what they need.
- Client Manual template – setup for min of 2 clients for you to use as a guide of How to
- Crisis Plan Checklist and Exit Plan discussion and begin implementation
- Working papers template/guide
- File Management plan/setup
- Training program template and guidance for implementation
- Quality Management Assurance system review
- Comprehensive Checklists for – BAS reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
