This retreat is ideal for all levels of bookkeepers and BAS agents from new to senior!

Come and join us for a weekend of work, play and FUN!  Learn and get new systems and processes in place to create your ultimate (but highly efficient) bookkeeping practice. If you are new to your business or need to revise how you run your current practice, we can work together wherever you’re at. We also get to go out for dinner after a huge day of learning on Saturday. Nothing like a good meal (and maybe a drink or 2), and some socialising to unwind and integrate.

What Will We Cover:

  • EOFY Processes, Procedures and balancing to the balance sheet. We’ll tackle some of the hardest parts of keeping the balance sheet clean, giving you the tools to make EOFY a breeze!
  • Designing an Exit Strategy and Crisis Plan. We’ll get you organised and prepared to exit the industry and set you up to tackle any crisis sent your way while working in your business.
  • Pricing and Marketing. We’ll cover packaging your services, branding and using AI in marketing. We’ll focus on easy marketing methods to get you on the path to consistent income.
  • Time and Workflow Management. We’ll get you working more efficiently and effectively using improved systems and processes.
  • Staff Onboarding and Development. We’ll have discussions around good practices and fun ways to develop and train to your staff. You’ll get checklists to ensure you don’t miss anything.
  • Premium BAS Preparation. You’ll get a checklist for doing BAS submissions right and we’ll discuss getting into good habits with each client so you don’t miss a thing.
  • Building Confidence. Let’s be honest, it can be difficult in this industry with the constant changes in legislation to the constant head butting with clients over compliance so we’ll build a strategy to deal with all of this and more…

LOCATION: Rye Victoria – We’ll be staying in a beautiful share house

Cost Options:

The Full Weekend: $1250 which includes accommodation, meals, a night out for dinner, PLUS all templates and checklists given to you over the weekend.

Saturday ONLY: $850. You can turn up for Saturday only which means no accommodation but lunch is included. The topics NOT included on Saturday are Building Confidence and BAS preparation. Day starts 9am til 4pm. To book this option, please email admin@bookkeeperssupport.com.au.
