Come and join us for a weekend of work, play and fun. Learn, get new systems and processes in place to create your ultimate efficient bookkeeping practice. New to your business or needing to revise how you run your current practice we can work together where ever you are in your business at the time. We get to go out for dinner after a huge day of learning on the Saturday.
What will we cover:
– EOFY processes, procedures and balancing to the balance sheet. Lets tackle some of the hard parts of keeping the balance sheet clean and giving you the tools to make EOFY a breeze for you.
– Exit Strategy and Crisis plan. Lets get you organised for your exit out of the industry and make sure you can tackle any crisis sent your way while working in your business.
– Pricing and Marketing – lets learn about packages, AI in marketing and branding. Lets get you on the path to consistent income and easy marketing methods.
– Time and Workflow Management. Lets get you working more efficiently and effectively using improved processes.
– Staff onboarding and development – discussion around good practices, checklists to ensure you don’t miss anything and fun ways to off development and training to your staff.
– BAS preparation and getting into good habits with each client and don’t miss a thing.
– Building Confidence – lets face it this industry can be difficult with the constant changes in legislation to the constant head butting with clients over compliance. Lets build a strategy to deal with all of this and more.
When: Friday 19th September 2025 4pm start to Sunday 21st September 2025 12pm finish
Location: Hervey Bay QLD – in a share house
Cost: $1250 includes accommodation, meals, a night out for dinner, all templates and checklists.
